You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time & location of your booking. You will also find a Q&A form attached in that email for you to fill out prior to your session. This helps us prepare for our photoshoot.

Bring your dogs favourite treats & toys! You are also welcome to bring anything you'd like in the photos, prop wise. For the really Floofy dogs out there, I recommend either going for a groom a couple weeks before the shoot or at least a good brush/ trim up around the eyes. The eyes are the most important part of your pups face so we want to be able to see them! For more information check out our blog post! Our photoshoots are completely private and in an enclosed room/ studio. Your dog will be off-leash and able to explore their surroundings to get comfortable. Once your dog has sniffed everything & anything (we know how it is!), we will introduce ourselves and start conditioning them to all of our camera equipment. Then we get into the fun stuff! Your dogs comfort and enjoyment is our number 1 priority!

About 3-4 weeks after your photoshoot you will receive an online gallery of every photo that the photographer liked from your session, unedited & watermarked. You then choose which photos you'd like edited (with the option to purchase additional photos). The photographer will edit the photos & send them back without the watermark within 2-3 weeks.

There will be no other dogs at the photoshoot and your dog will be in a safe, private & enclosed space. We also make sure no other dogs are crowding the door when you're ready to leave.

We take as much time as necessary to let your dog adjust to their surroundings. This is a new environment with new people- we respect that most dogs need a little extra time to get comfortable. We have unlimited amount of patience for all animals!

Absolutely! We always ask if the parent(s) wants a photo with their pup at the end of the session. You won't find example photos on our social media because I respect my human clients privacy (& I wouldn't want my photo posted either... dogs are way cuter lets be honest lol)

Yes! A second dog is an additional $100. Max 2 dogs per session. If you have more than 2, message Keegan to discuss details.

You will be contacted a few days before your photoshoot to confirm your appointment. At this time you will be given the option to choose your backdrop colour from the colours available.

YES! We like our dogs naked!

You can reschedule up to 7 days before your session and your deposit will transfer. If you reschedule/ cancel within 7 days of your session your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations of any kind.

A Floofy associate is a talented photographer that has taken the Floofy Studios Photo Academy course to learn exactly how we take photos of your pets. Keegan & Steve can't be everywhere at once so we have hand selected some amazing photographers to host photoshoots for us in cities we can't always visit! Such as, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Portland, Edmonton & many more to come! This is a great way for everyone to enjoy the Floofy experience!
