The Experience

At Floofy Studios, our strategy is simple; let the dogs, be DOGS.

We focus on a fun, stress free environment. Most people have never done a pet photoshoot before. The common misconception is that your dog has to be perfectly trained, well behaved & in a sit/stay for the entire session... Boring! The best photos come when the dog is having the most amount of fun! So bring your fav treats, toys & get ready to enjoy a super fun experience with your best friend!

  • What's the process after I book?
    You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time & location of your booking. You will also find a Q&A form attached in that email for you to fill out prior to your session. This helps me prepare for our photoshoot.
  • How do I book?

  • How do I prepare for my dog's photoshoot?
    Bring your dogs favourite treats & toys! You are also welcome to bring anything you'd like in the photos, prop wise. For the really Floofy dogs out there, I recommend either going for a groom a couple weeks before the shoot or at least a good brush/ trim up around the eyes. The eyes are the most important part of your pups face so we want to be able to see them!
  • What can I expect when I arrive?
    Our photoshoots are completely private and in an enclosed room/ studio. Your dog will be off-leash and able to explore their surroundings to get comfortable. Once your dog has sniffed everything & anything (we know how it is!), we will introduce ourselves and start conditioning them to all of our camera equipment. Then we get into the fun stuff! Your dogs comfort and enjoyment is our number 1 priority!
  • When do I get my photos?
    There is a 5-6 week turnaround time for edited photos- once they are finished, I will email you an online gallery.
  • Where are you located?
    We are travel full-time! Check out our online booking page to see our upcoming schedule. If you don't see your city listed, check out our waitlists, we might be coming to your city!
  • What if my dog is dog reactive?
    There will be no other dogs at the photoshoot and your dog will be in a safe, private & enclosed space. We also make sure no other dogs are crowding the door when you're ready to leave.
  • What if my dog is shy?
    We take as much time as necessary to let your dog adjust to their surroundings. This is a new environment with new people- we respect that most dogs need a little extra time to get comfortable. We have unlimited amount of patience for all animals!
  • Can we get a family photo?
    Absolutely! We always ask if the parent(s) wants a photo with their pup at the end of the session. You won't find example photos on our social media because I respect my human clients privacy (& I wouldn't want my photo posted either... dogs are way cuter lets be honest lol)
  • Can I bring more than 1 dog?
    Yes! A second dog is an additional $100. Max 2 dogs per session. If you have more than 2, message Keegan to discuss details.
  • How do the backdrop colours work?
    I will contact your a few days before your photoshoot to confirm your appointment. At this time I will give you the option to choose your backdrop colour from the colours I have available.
  • Safe for off leash?
    YES! We like our dogs naked!
  • What if I need to reschedule?
    You can reschedule up to 7 days before your session and your deposit will transfer. If you reschedule/ cancel within 7 days of your session your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations of any kind.
